Indian police target Valentine 'obscenity'

What do you think should Valentine day celebration be banned?

My view: We are living in a democratic country and this is our right to celebrate Valentine day the way we want. Obscenity should not be tolerated however we should not allow POLICE to prosecute love birds(18+ young mature Indian citizens )  under the subterfuge of moral patrolling.

Moreover political parties should not be allowed to color this issue in so called attack on culture and we must not allow to win them some brownie points.

I completely agree with you. Ya one thing can be done like if any of them is under 18 yrs then they should be fined apart from that there should be no ban. As per as law in our country is concerned it does not allow even married couple to do kiss in public places so such anti-social activity should not be allowed in public places.

I also agree with this comments because we are living in democracy and in this way we have freedom to live as we want and no one has right to ban on this freedom including government if it does not violet any rules.

Instead of that those political parties and media enterprises represent all these matters in wrong manner in front pf public in for their interests in the shadow of our typical Indian Culture should be stopped by government agencies.
